Erin Norte serves as the Chief Operations & Finance Officer, rejoining the team after four years as Chief Financial Officer for a high-volume real estate company in Portland. In that role, she oversaw financial strategy and operations in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong leadership and financial expertise to support business growth.

Prior to her time as CFO, Erin built extensive experience in business administration, accounting, and customer service, developing a well-rounded approach to operational efficiency and client-focused support.

A Pacific Northwest native, Erin enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, the sunshine and making the most of every opportunity to be with her family.
