Abbey Richardson

Abbey brings a background in property management and a genuine passion for helping people to her role as Unlicensed Portfolio Manager.

She began her property management career as a Leasing Consultant and spent four years growing through roles including Floating Leasing Manager and Assistant Manager. This experience gave her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and reinforced the importance of strong relationships with tenants, owners, and colleagues.

Before entering property management, Abbey worked in healthcare, where she developed a people-first approach grounded in communication, compassion, and problem-solving. She brings those same qualities to her work today, along with thoughtful organization and a commitment to finding solutions that work for everyone.

A Chicago native, Abbey has called Portland home for nearly 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, discovering new food spots, and exploring the city with friends.
